Position
La Magdeleine - Mathias Dandine is looking for a sommelier M/F to expand its team.
With solid experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, you have an eye for detail and take pleasure in welcoming and serving customers.
Through your missions:
\- Design the wine list and the spirits list and update them regularly \- Manage stocks (place orders, receive and check deliveries) and organize the cellar \- Negotiate prices with various suppliers to ensure the profitability of the cellar \- Advise and sell wines according to customer expectations and food and wine pairing \- Propose choices based on the dishes consumed \- Take beverage orders \- Perform wine and spirits service at the table \- Participate in end-of-service operations \- Pass information to the dining room team members for billing
Salary conditions:
- Full-time contract
- 2 consecutive days off
- Work on weekends and public holidays
- Monthly net salary starting from 1950€ depending on experience
- Annualized time

Profile
Profile sought: Dynamic and possessing good interpersonal skills, you convey the image and atmosphere of the establishment through a neat presentation. You master English; the practice of another language is appreciated. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a starred establishment.
