Maison Options - IT Network System Engineer (M/F)
As part of the development and modernization of our IT infrastructure, we are looking for a Systems and Networks Engineer (M/F) to strengthen our Infrastructure team. Within the IT team, you will work daily with technical teams, users, various business stakeholders, as well as our partners and service providers. As a true technical expert in your scope, you will contribute to maintaining operational readiness, securing, and evolving our information system. You will work on Windows and Linux environments, virtualization infrastructures, networks, security solutions, as well as Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments. The position combines technical expertise, operations, complex incident resolution, and project management. You will also have the opportunity to be proactive in proposing technical choices and the evolution of the IS architecture. Your missions: Administer and evolve system infrastructures
Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux (Debian / Ubuntu) environments. Administer infrastructure services: Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS/DFS-R, IIS, RDS, Exchange Server / Exchange Online. Manage accounts, groups, rights, and access to resources. Administer Proxmox and Hyper-V virtualization environments. Administer Docker environments. Ensure the management of updates, patches, and packages. Automate administration tasks using scripts, Cloud-Init, or Ansible. Participate in capacity, performance, and infrastructure availability management.
Administer networks and connectivity
Administer and maintain the company's network infrastructure. Configure and operate switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and network equipment. Administer VLAN, routing, NAT, VPN, and network segmentation environments. Participate in the operation of OSPF / BGP architectures. Administer and evolve SD-WAN infrastructures. Supervise network performance and contribute to the diagnosis of connectivity incidents.
Strengthen infrastructure security
Participate in the implementation and improvement of the IS security policy. Implement segmentation and traffic control mechanisms. Participate in the hardening of systems and infrastructures. Administer certificates and SSL/TLS encryption mechanisms. Identify vulnerabilities and contribute to their remediation. Participate in the analysis and management of security incidents. Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure resilience and security.
Ensure operations, supervision, and backup
Guarantee the maintenance of operational readiness of the infrastructures. Handle N2 / N3 level technical incidents. Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis. Implement and evolve supervision and monitoring tools. Administer and supervise backup solutions. Perform and control restoration operations. Participate in testing and improving PCA / PRA (BCP / DRP) mechanisms.
Participate in IS evolution projects
Participate in the design and implementation of infrastructure projects. Contribute to the evolution of the IS technical architecture. Deploy new solutions and technologies. Participate in migrations and modernization projects. Identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Document architectures, configurations, and procedures. Be proactive in proposing technical evolutions and best practices.
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, you have at least 6 years of experience in systems and networks administration and engineering. You are particularly proficient in:
