ERP Technical Data Manager M/F

? Why do we need you?

To support our development, we are recruiting an ERP Technical Data Manager to strengthen our teams.

The Technical Data Manager formats the manufacturing file for new products in compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and HSE imperatives.

They are responsible for creating product data in the ERP and updating it as part of change management, in compliance with internal procedures.

They participate in drafting the deliverables necessary for the constitution of the DMR (Device Master Record) for its transfer from R&D to Manufacturing for mass production.

The missions will be as follows:

Taking charge of the R&D / Client file

• Structure and formalize bills of materials, manufacturing processes, operating procedures
• Trace evolutions and update files
• Management of technical data in the ERP
• Create, modify, and maintain articles, bills of materials, processes, and associated data in the ERP
• Participate in the change request process and ensure updates in the ERP
• Guarantee the application of codification rules and document management in connection with the quality system
• Identify data anomalies and propose corrective actions
• Ensure traceability of modifications and validations (Internal Approvals / suppliers)

Industrialization support in collaboration with product managers

• Format and maintain up-to-date assembly/adjustment operating procedures for instruments
• Coordinate the update of drawings impacted by modifications and transfer them into the ERP
• Constitute the files for test benches and related tools required by production
• Constitute the files for spare parts

? ? And you in all this?

You are comfortable in demanding technical environments. Curious, rigorous, and organized, you know how to navigate between different stakeholders and understand multidisciplinary issues.

You have a Bac+2 to Bac+5 education in industrial management, methods, industrialization, or an equivalent field, and you have experience in ERP data management. Experience in a regulated industrial environment is a real asset.

To succeed in this position, you master office tools, particularly Excel, and possess a good knowledge of SolidWorks. You are able to read, understand, and write technical documentation in English.

Knowledge of biomedical sector requirements and the ISO 13485 standard would be a plus.
