Project Manager (M/F)

The Project Manager takes charge of and follows one or more R&D projects from conception to completion, respecting current standards and internal processes for product design, development, and launch.

In detail, the missions are as follows:

Participate in the costing of new projects with the sales team.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor development projects for technical devices or equipment
• Organize the work of technical teams to achieve project planning, budget, and client specification objectives
• Serve as the primary interface for clients on the project(s) managed
• Monitor technical progress, identify risks, and escalate alerts
• Contribute to the documentary structuring of projects (specifications, requirements, reports, etc.)
• Organize and lead internal progress meetings and meetings with clients
• Participate in the realization of developments
• Participate in the management of suppliers and subcontractors involved in projects
• Ensure compliance with current regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971) with the support of the quality/regulatory team
• Contribute to the documentary and methodological structuring of the R&D team

Profile sought

You have solid experience in project management (planning, budget, milestones, reporting, Agile method, functional management).

Your level of technical understanding is multidisciplinary (mechanics, electronics, software and embedded software, fluidics).

Quality and regulation in the medical device field (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 61010-1) are not unknown to you.

You can communicate in English.

You are recognized for your organization, rigor, commitment, and customer orientation.

You are passionate about technology, curious about technical aspects, and have a taste for innovation.
