Your tasks
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in our customers' satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for guests and must ensure that their experience is memorable.
- Ensure the welcome of guests at the hotel throughout their stay and provide them with all the information necessary for its smooth running.
- Manage check-outs and process payments.
- Manage the reservation schedule and room occupancy.
- Handle potential disputes.
- Perform weekly and monthly activity follow-ups.
Requirements
- Master IT and hospitality software.
- Mastery of physical and telephone reception.
- Speak one or more foreign languages (English mandatory).
- Operational versatility (bar, room service, concierge).
- Have a sense of contact and a taste for service.
- Be smiling and have a neat appearance.
- Have a sense of organization.
- Demonstrate discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
