As a RUNNER, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

  • Manage the setting up of the restaurant, service, and clearing
  • Welcome customers
  • Bring dishes and drinks to the dining room on a tray
  • Pass on information and ensure good internal communication of the service between the kitchen and the dining room
  • Respect safety and hygiene rules

Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation. The start date of the position is subject to change depending on snow conditions.
