Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching season in the unique environment of a family House within our Whitney bar. Are you looking to work in a warm space offering homemade pastries, signature cocktails, a wine selection, over 70 references of Chartreuse, as well as finger food, all served by the fireside?

As FLOOR MANAGER BAR, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Welcome and advise customers to guarantee their complete satisfaction throughout the service
• Personalize the customer relationship
• Take orders, manage services while paying particular attention to details
• Organize the service, and supervise the chefs de rang, commis de salle and barmans
• Manage reservations
• Create the schedules for the Bar team
• Recruit and train the Bar team
• Participate in the optimization of turnover
• Follow up on information and ensure good internal communication of the service between the kitchen, the dining room and the bar

• Experience in restaurant service in this position is strongly appreciated.
• Proficiency in ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL, knowledge of another language would be a plus.
