Description:

Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching season in the unique environment of a Family House, within our 5-star establishment: L'Hôtel Les Suites à Tignes.

Our House is located in the heart of Tignes, and brings together 24 suites, a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Ursus*, a lounge bar, as well as a spa area.

As a ROTATING RECEPTIONIST CONCIERGE, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Prepare the client's stay in advance
• Welcome clients and ensure the smooth running of their stay
• Handle the booking of their activities
• Contribute to taking reservations for our restaurants and our spa
• Prepare client invoicing
• Replace the Night Auditor two nights per week
• Pass information on to the Reception team and ensure good communication with each department

Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation. The contract start date is flexible.
