Description:

Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching season in the unique environment of a family House, within our 5-star establishment: L'Hôtel Les Suites à Tignes.

Our House is located in the heart of Tignes, and brings together 24 suites, a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Ursus*, a lounge bar, as well as a spa area.

As a CONCIERGE RECEPTIONIST, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Prepare the guests' stay in advance
• Welcome guests and ensure the smooth organization of their stay
• Manage activity reservations
• Contribute to taking reservations for our restaurants and our spa
• Establish guest billing
• Transmit information to the accommodation team and ensure fluid communication with all departments

Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation. The contract start date is flexible.
