Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching season in the unique environment of a family House, within our 5-star establishment: L'Hôtel Les Suites à Tignes.

Our House is located in the heart of Tignes, and brings together 24 suites, a Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Ursus*, a lounge bar, as well as a spa area.

As a NIGHT AUDITOR, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

  • Ensure the welcome and reception of guests during the night
  • Be responsible for the establishment after the departure of the day teams, notably guaranteeing the calm and security of the guests
  • Perform the closing of the day's accounting operations for the reception
  • Ensure the maintenance of common areas during the night
  • Set up the breakfast buffet
  • Ensure the continuity of the welcome and reception during the night
  • Monitor the quality of services offered to guests
  • Manage the accounting related to the reception: validation of invoices, collection of payments, preparation of the daily accounting report for management
  • Guarantee the calm and security of the hotel during the night, and take the necessary decisions in case of emergency (e.g.: fire procedure)
  • In the early morning, write a report of the night and transmit any requests or remarks from guests to the day receptionist
