Passionate about customer relations, you will join a dynamic team to experience an enriching season in the unique environment of a family House within our Whitney bar. Are you looking to work in a warm space offering homemade pastries, signature cocktails, a selection of wines, more than 70 references of Chartreuse, but also finger food, all served by the fireside?

As a BAR COMMIS, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Manage the bar setup, service, and clearing
• Bring dishes and drinks to the dining room on trays, and ensure service
• Assist the chefs de rang in their missions
• Circulate information and ensure good communication between the kitchen and the dining room
• Respect current hygiene and safety rules

Missions are subject to change depending on the candidate's profile and motivation.

• Experience in catering in this position is strongly appreciated.
• English is essential, and a second language would be a plus
