Our new brasserie, located in the former garages of the DDE (Direction Départementale de l'Equipement), pays tribute to this atypical location through its name. Open for continuous service from breakfast until dinner, "Drôle D'Endroit" offers a menu blending the brasserie spirit and French culinary tradition, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

As a CHEF DE RANG, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Manage the restaurant setup, service, and clearing
• Welcome and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction throughout the service
• Take orders and manage the service by paying particular attention to detail
• Manage and supervise the commis of your station
• Participate in the tidying of the service areas
• Transmit information and ensure good internal communication between the kitchen and the dining room
• Respect safety and hygiene rules

SEASONAL FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (CDD), 39H/WEEK.

• Experience in catering in this position is strongly appreciated.
