  • Create, develop, and use technical sheets under the supervision of the Responsable Bars while being proactive.
  • Manage services while paying particular attention to details.
  • Follow up on information and ensure good internal communication within the service.
  • Participate in the opening and closing of the restaurant (continuous days)
  • Respect safety and hygiene rules.
