As an Assistant maitre d'hotel, the missions entrusted to you are as follows:

• Supervise and participate in the restaurant setup, the tidying of service areas, service, and clearing
• Welcome and advise customers while building rapport to guarantee their complete satisfaction throughout the service

• Participate in customer personalization
• Take orders, manage, and ensure the smooth running of the service while paying particular attention to details

• Supervise and coordinate the activity of the dining room staff, organize and control their work while having the ability to intervene at every stage of the service
• Ensure service continuity and controls in the absence of the Responsable de Salle

• Process customer payments
• Train and supervise the chefs de rang, commis de salle, and sommeliers

• Carry out orders and inventories
• Manage customer reservations

• Assist the Responsable de Salle in their daily tasks
• Organize briefings with the Responsable de Salle

• Pass on information and ensure good internal communication of the service between the kitchen and the dining room
• Respect safety and hygiene rules

• Your mastery of English is impeccable; another language would be a plus.
