Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a senior product designer combining exceptional craftsmanship with deep product thinking to shape the MaintainX "AI-first" product experience. You will lead end-to-end design for web and mobile, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, to transform complex workflows into simple and intuitive tools for frontline workers.

What you will do:

• Design end-to-end AI-based product interfaces for Web and mobile devices — from problem definition to high-fidelity implementation.

Design AI-based experiences for frontline users, such as maintenance technicians and facility managers, by simplifying and optimizing workflows without adding complexity.

Translate ambiguous and constantly evolving AI problems into clear and verifiable design solutions, in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Adopt a systemic approach: identify recurring patterns, design with reusability in mind, and contribute.

About you:

• More than 6 years of experience in product design within the B2B SaaS or enterprise platform domain.

• Hands-on experience in designing AI-based features, such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive analytics for real users facing concrete problems.

• Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills, with a keen sense of typography, spacing, color, layout, and animation.

• Systemic mindset capable of naturally spotting recurring patterns, designing reusable elements, and anticipating the impact of design choices across the entire product.
