We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our team. In this customer-oriented role, you will contribute to the success of client implementations by configuring the MaintainX platform, managing data migration, gathering business requirements, and resolving technical issues throughout the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, drive platform adoption, and transform maintenance and operations processes into efficient workflows, all while providing an exceptional onboarding experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support mid-market clients in achieving successful implementations.
  • Take ownership of implementation activities, including data structuring, data migration, and product training.
  • Help clients identify the best ways to maximize the value of the platform.
  • Lead meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Provide official training to end users.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams throughout the onboarding process.
  • Track issues encountered by clients, communicate them to the relevant parties, and resolve problems proactively.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple accounts, timelines, and project milestones.

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in software implementation, client onboarding, or application engineering.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and/or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, validation, and manipulation, as well as using functions such as XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas to prepare and migrate client data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly master our software.
  • Ability to develop deep knowledge of the MaintainX platform within the first 30 days to effectively advise clients.

The incumbent of this position is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of clients located primarily in English-speaking markets (USA and English-speaking Canada), which requires daily communication, both oral and written, in English with these clients.
