- Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee and coordinate with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Review, evaluate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic input on design direction, material selection, sustainability, and value engineering.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, design teams, and external authorities.
- Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, buildable, and meet performance
- Monitor design risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.
- Manage and handle in-house design projects in coordination with the vision and scope.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed/Registered Architect preferred.
- Minimum experience from 4 to 6 years in architectural design and design management with previous background in development and real-estate firms.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, administrative, residential, mixed-use, Hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Ability to create high end 3D visuals using 3Ds Max is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
