Design Management Manager

Oversee that the contract timeline and deliverables deadlines of all projects are met according to the development plan, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address delays.

Review and assess offers from design consultancy firms for technical & commercial feasibility and alignment with project requirements.

Review and validate design proposals, ensuring they meet organizational standards, aesthetic vision, and compliance regulations.

review of submissions based on the design brief, documenting the analysis and recommendations.

Supervise the financial relations and commercial aspects with the external consultants

Present design management reports to senior leadership, highlighting project progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Ensure clarity of designs submitted to the projects team and site construction, maintaining the minimum accepted rates of RFI.

Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team in alignment with organizational goals and ensure the cascading of strategic objectives to the sub-departmental level.

Ensure team goals and performance metrics are met and track progress toward achieving strategic objectives.

Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plan progress.

Model organizational values in all interactions and decisions.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments.

Fulfill the direct reports' development plans and ensure continuous professional development.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and high morale.

Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement changes effectively within the team.

Timely submission of departments’ periodical reports to Top Management.

10+ years of experience with a proven success record in the same role.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of design principles, project management, and regulatory standards in Egypt.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders' expectations.

Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
