We are an internationally positioned personnel service provider based in the Main metropolis of Frankfurt, specializing in Industry, Logistics, and Aviation. For well-known customers in the Rhine-Main area, we seek committed employees (m/f/d) – both through temporary employment and direct placement.

Your Tasks

• Independent control and processing of operational purchasing
• Creation, solicitation, and evaluation of quotations
• Execution of orders as well as monitoring of delivery dates
• Complaint processing and communication with suppliers
• Support in price negotiations as well as maintenance of framework agreements
• Maintenance of master data and checking of incoming invoices
• Selection, support, and further development of national and international suppliers
• Coordination of import processes as well as support with customs-relevant topics

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the purchasing of an industrial company is desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP MM as well as common MS-Office applications
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and negotiation skills, as well as a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
