As a selling supervisor with maie, you love to talk to people. You drive our business and store results through personal selling, clienteling and effective training of the team.

*Your Responsibilities*

• Grow the business through exceptional customer service and top-performing sales
• Develop a clientele program
• Help continually recruit, train and develop talented individual leading to a high retention of key staff
• Motivate your team to provide excellent service that create lasting relationships with their customers
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring everyone is being productive
• Model the expectation and hold others accountable
• Utilize all systems to maximize store efficiency and enhance the customer experience

*Your Experience*

• 1+ years of management experience
• Strong sales background and passionate about customer service
• The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
• A lover of style and fashion

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
