Sales Advisor Pop Up Bon Marché M/F - MAGNITUDE

We are looking for a Sales Advisor for an iconic Japanese brand, a pioneer of running culture that has become essential in the contemporary sportstyle universe, for a 7-week mission from August 29 to October 18 at Bon Marché.

Le Bon Marché is an exceptional Parisian department store, a global reference for luxury and art de vivre, welcoming a demanding and passionate international clientele.

We are looking for a passionate ambassador to embody this unique space: welcome, exchange, discover, and above all, transmit the emotion of a brand whose technical heritage now feeds the codes of fashion and urban lifestyle.

Mission:

• Embody authentic soft skills, at the crossroads of sport and fashion, to reflect the brand's performance and lifestyle DNA.
• Share a taste for innovation and Japanese technical heritage, taking customers on a journey into a universe where the sneaker becomes a fashion piece.
• Demonstrate natural interpersonal ease, to capture attention, create connections with a demanding international clientele, and guide with enthusiasm in the discovery of the collection.
• Adopt a curious and proactive mindset, attentive to every interaction to optimize the customer experience and promote the brand through the activation.
• Manage the flow with a sense of organization and adaptability, to maintain constant momentum and adjust the discourse according to the profiles encountered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and convincing
• A sensitivity to the sportstyle universe and sneaker culture
• A knowledge or a strong interest in running culture and Japanese fashion codes
• Impeccable soft skills and presentation
• An ability to share brand storytelling with authenticity
• Serious and committed to the mission
• Rigorous in space management and reporting
• Proficiency in English is essential, a second language is a plus
