• Job description: possibility of leading a team in the quality department, motivation, evaluation, and performance control of subordinates, Compliance with quality processes in the company's functional systems according to ISO and IATF, Issuing deviations in IS, Participation in new product development, Ordering type tests of products, preparation for internal and external audits, searching for deviations in production and proposing their correction, Improvement and enhancement of our production, Responsibility for processes in the department
• Requirements: Min. secondary education, University degree an advantage, Experience in the field an advantage, Knowledge of QI program an advantage, knowledge of quality tools, Good communication skills, Good knowledge of English language orally and in writing, other languages such as DE or RU an advantage, Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, PC work (MS Office)
• We offer: starting salary according to knowledge and experience from 50,000 CZK + variable salary component up to 20%, 5 weeks of vacation, meals in the company premises (employer contribution to meals), possibility of free use of the Haná recreational area, contribution to pension insurance, 13th salary depending on the company's economic results
