Supply and Import Analyst (International Purchasing) - STF GROUP

An Analyst of Supply and Import of Supplies is required at STF GROUP to manage national and international purchases and guarantee the flow of materials for the company's collections. The role aims to ensure the supply of inputs for the fashion/garment operation, aligned with purchasing policies and production needs, directly impacting the fulfillment of collection schedules and competitiveness in price and quality against suppliers. Exposure to foreign trade processes, negotiation with international suppliers, and coordination with logistics, foreign trade, and production areas is offered, allowing for the development of experience in supply chain, international purchasing, and imports within the fashion/retail sector. We are looking for a professional with experience in the areas of supply, international purchasing, and import logistics. Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete process of supply and import of supplies for the company's collections.
• Conduct effective negotiations with national and international suppliers to ensure the best cost and quality conditions.
• Coordinate import logistics including transport documentation and follow-up until the receipt of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with delivery times and production schedules.
• Keep purchase and supplier records updated.
• Collaborate with the logistics, foreign trade, and production areas to optimize the supply chain.
• Analyze and propose improvements in international purchasing and supply processes.
• Verify the quality of imported supplies and manage possible incidents.

Requirements:

• Technologist or professional in Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, or related fields.
• Verifiable experience in supply management and import of supplies.
• Knowledge of international purchasing processes and foreign trade.
• Handling of Incoterms and import logistics.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage national and international suppliers.
• Intermediate English for communication with foreign suppliers.
• Results orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability for teamwork and organization.
