Sales Engineer

Sales Executive – Electrical Busbar Systems Company: Magneto Power Pte Ltd Job Type: Full-Time Location: Singapore Magneto Power Pte Ltd is looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to grow our customer base for electrical busbar systems. You'll be the face of the company to clients — identifying opportunities, presenting our products, preparing quotations, and closing deals. This role suits someone with an electrical/engineering background who enjoys client-facing work and is motivated by sales targets. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely quotations for electrical busbar products based on client specifications and requirements Identify and approach potential customers to promote and pitch our range of electrical busbar solutions Meet with clients to present product offerings, technical capabilities, and value proposition Follow up proactively with customers throughout the sales cycle to move opportunities toward closing Schedule and manage appointments with new and existing clients to support ongoing business development Liaise with internal engineering/technical teams to ensure quotations and proposals meet customer specifications Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status Consistently work towards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management — experience in electrical, power, or industrial products is a strong advantage Basic understanding of electrical systems/products (busbar, switchgear, or similar) preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Able to travel locally for client meetings
