Logistics and Foreign Trade Supervisor Bogotá

At Zoomlion Colombia, a multinational in the industrial sector, we are looking for a Logistics and Foreign Trade Supervisor to comprehensively lead Supply Chain operations, ensuring the fulfillment of our objectives regarding availability, times, costs, service level, and customs management. 🚀 Main challenges

• Lead the Foreign Trade, Transport, and Distribution team.
• Coordinate import, nationalization, transport, storage, and distribution operations.
• Plan shipments and coordinate operations with national and international providers.
• Manage and negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agencies, carriers, and logistics operators.
• Analyze costs, times, and operational alternatives to optimize the logistics chain.
• Monitor indicators for imports, inventories, transport, deliveries, costs, and providers.
• Identify risks and lead contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and traceability initiatives.
• Present results, risks, and action plans to Management.

👤 Required profile

• Professional in Foreign Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related careers.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, foreign trade, imports, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operations transversally.
• Experience in management and negotiation with providers and logistics services.
• Solid knowledge in foreign trade, customs legislation, and Incoterms.
• Experience in international transport, port operations, and free trade zones.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• B2 English: conversational, written, and spoken (indispensable).
• Desirable experience in high-volume operations of imports, inventories, and logistics costs.
