Project Coordinator (gn*)

We are looking for you for our Global Supply Chain Projects team at the Memmingen location!

Your tasks

• Coordination and ensuring of the sample phase through to the series conversion of all relevant GSC projects – with a focus on Purchasing & Relocations to Best Cost Countries
• Ensuring the quality & timeliness of relevant master data in SAP and creating a smooth project process
• Responsibility for operational order processing from the implementation of requirements via schedule tracking to invoice verification
• Early detection of procurement risks incl. coordination of necessary escalations and developing sustainable solutions with internal and external partners
• Analyzing requirement and capacity data and supporting economical and efficient supplier management
• Controlling and monitoring all project phases to ensure compliance with deadlines as well as holistic coordination from the sample phase through to series conversion in the relocation environment
• Creating and analyzing statistical evaluations as well as assisting with project documentation, status reports and reports

You bring with you

• Technical/Commercial training with further qualification (gn*) or a completed degree
• Ideally experience in the field of Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or Project Management
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving competence, as well as an economical way of thinking
• Understanding of business processes as well as cross-functional thinking
• Experience in project and time management
• Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP-ERP & -BO
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
