This position is part of a dynamic where your expertise will make a difference. For our client, a major player in wholesale trade specializing in electronic components, we are looking for a Sales Administration Officer ready to invest themselves in a stimulating environment.
MISSIONS
- Manage the customer order journey from A to Z, from administrative processing to delivery, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- Centralize exchanges with internal teams, customers, and technical or logistical partners via telephone, e-mail, or Teams, with fluid and professional communication.
- Coordinate the schedules of installers and subcontractors, ensuring the alignment of resources and deadlines.
- Manage quotes, invoices, and electronic billing elements in the CRM, ensuring rigorous and reactive follow-up.
- Actively participate in inventories organized twice a year in Lyon, with food and accommodation expenses covered.
- Contribute to stock optimization in connection with operational teams, following a logic of continuous improvement.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- You have a strong interest in customer relations and know how to combine listening, diplomacy, and reactivity.
- Rigorous and organized, you master the art of prioritizing multiple tasks without losing efficiency.
- Your sense of customer service and your appetite for commercial challenges are major assets.
- Comfortable with office tools (Outlook, Excel) and collaborative platforms, you adapt quickly to new software.
- Initial experience in administrative or commercial management is a plus, as are notions of English to facilitate internal exchanges.
SKILLS
- Mastery of Outlook and Excel for efficient daily follow-up.
- Proven experience with a CRM and collaborative tools such as Teams.
- Ability to manage administrative and commercial processes with precision.
- Operational English for fluid telephone exchanges (conversational level is sufficient).
