Receptionist & Office Assistant

Primary Responsibilities Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and courier services
Maintain office supplies and help ensure shared office spaces remain organized and presentable
Provide administrative support to the billing team, including generating and reviewing a high volume of invoices
Assist with filing, scanning, document organization, data entry, and other general administrative tasks
Coordinate with office vendors, building management, and service providers as needed
Provide general office support and assist with special projects as assigned
Desired Background High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
3+ years of receptionist, administrative, billing, or related office experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
Professional, dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong data entry and typing skills
