Magellan is an international Management Consulting and Technology Group. Our strength lies in our ability to activate both business expertise and technological mastery to support companies and public organizations through all their transformations.

VISION IN ACTION

In an environment where changes are accelerating, organizations must constantly reinvent their models to remain competitive. To meet this challenge, we support our clients from the definition of their strategy to its operational implementation, combining business expertise, technological mastery, and execution capability.

Joining Magellan means joining a collective of 6,700 committed talents, united by a single requirement: understanding issues in all their complexity to build concrete and actionable solutions as close as possible to field realities.

Magellan is ranked 3rd Best Workplace France (Great Place To Work 2024 rankings) and #1 among companies where you can accelerate your career (Linkedin Top Companies 2025 ranking).

As part of the development of our AI for Business activity within the Magellan MIS teams, we are looking for a Service Line Manager capable of combining management, delivery, business development, and expertise around the mastery of Microsoft tools and the uses of Artificial Intelligence in companies. The Service Line AI for Business aims to support our clients in the adoption of these tools (Copilot M365, Copilot Studio, MS Purview) and the transformation of business uses.

You will take responsibility for a team of approximately 15 multidisciplinary consultants and drive your activity with a dual ambition: growing the teams and accelerating the development of our Microsoft AI offers and projects with our clients.

You will operate at the intersection of business, technological, and human issues, with close proximity to our sales teams, our experts, and our clients.

Your responsibilities

Management & talent development

  • Manage and support a team of approximately 15 consultants with multidisciplinary profiles.
  • Develop the team's skills and support the increase in expertise regarding technologies, uses, and methodologies related to AI.
  • Anticipate skill needs and identify the expertise necessary for the development of the Service Line.
  • Actively contribute to recruitment: defining sought-after profiles, qualifying candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, capitalization, and the dissemination of best practices within the team.

Activity management

  • Define priorities and arbitrate between the strategic, commercial, operational, and human issues of the Service Line.
  • Ensure alignment between available resources, client needs, and development objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and ensure regular reporting to management.
  • Supervise administrative elements associated with the activity: staffing, time tracking, invoicing, and consumption of commitments.

Delivery & client satisfaction

  • Act as the guarantor of delivery quality across the entire project portfolio related to your service line.
  • Simultaneously manage several projects and clients, in both managed services (régie) and fixed-price (forfait) contexts.
  • Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks: quality, budget, contracting, resources, and planning.
  • Support teams in complex situations and be able to step down to the operational level when necessary.
  • Maintain a relationship of trust with client interlocutors, from operational teams to decision-makers and members of the COMEX.

Business Development & AI for Business

  • Work in close collaboration with sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Participate directly in client meetings, pre-sales phases, presentations, and the construction of proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and structuring of our AI for Business MIS offer.
  • Identify new use cases to concretely integrate AI into our clients' processes and business functions.
  • Contribute to transforming experiments and POCs into industrialized, adopted, and value-creating solutions.
  • Participate in promoting our AI expertise to our clients and partners.

With a Bac+4/5 degree, engineering school, business school, or equivalent university training, you have at least 5 years of experience in management, activity management, or complex projects.

Significant experience in an ESN or consulting firm is essential.

Ideally, you have evolved within the Microsoft ecosystem and possess a good understanding of the following technologies and topics:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agents, with an understanding of the issues related to their design, integration into business processes, deployment, governance, and adoption. Microsoft Copilot Studio is currently positioned by Microsoft as a platform for creating and managing agents, workflows, and applications and connecting them to company data and systems.
  • Azure AI, to understand the AI architectures and solutions requiring more advanced or development-oriented approaches. This knowledge specifically allows the Service Line Manager to understand the complementary positioning of the different Microsoft components: Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code SaaS platform, while Azure AI meets more development-oriented approaches.
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • More broadly, issues related to generative AI, AI agents, automation, governance, security, and the adoption of AI in companies.

You possess a solid culture of the issues related to AI in companies and are able to bridge the gap between business problems, value creation, adoption, and technological solutions. Without necessarily being a technical expert in each component, you are able to challenge an architecture, exchange with experts, and support a client in their choices regarding Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and Azure AI environments.

You are recognized for:

  • Your leadership and your ability to unite a team.
  • Your ability to take a high-level view while remaining close to operational realities.
  • Your business sense and client relationship skills.
  • Your mastery of project and client portfolio management.
  • Your ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Your ability to manage both managed services (régie) and fixed-price (forfait) arrangements.
  • Your ability to communicate with both executives and COMEX as well as technical teams and consultants.
  • Your ability to transform a business problem into a concrete and value-creating AI use case.
  • Your results-oriented culture and sense of service quality.
  • Your excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Your professional English proficiency, both oral and written.
  • One or more Microsoft certifications are a real plus.

Do you want to be at the heart of the AI transformation, build high-value-added offers, and concretely support our clients in the adoption of new uses?

Do you enjoy managing teams, developing business, managing delivery, and understanding technologies all at once?

Then this Service Line AI for Business is made for you.
