As part of strengthening the Finance IS governance, we are looking for a Finance SDM M/F to join an organization in a strong transformation dynamic.
You will play a key role at the interface between Finance business teams, IT teams, and subcontractors, in order to guarantee service quality, information system consistency, and the smooth running of application evolutions.
This position covers a cross-functional scope within an environment structured around SAP and Unit4 ERPs.
Your missions
Steering the Finance scope
- Ensure the operational steering of the Finance application scope.
- Monitor the quality of service delivered by external providers and partners.
- Manage incidents, evolution requests, and priorities in connection with the business units.
- Guarantee service continuity, processing robustness, and the functional consistency of tools.
Interface between business, IT, and subcontractors
- Be the preferred interlocutor for Finance teams.
- Collect, qualify, and challenge the needs expressed by users.
- Translate business needs into functional and operational requirements.
- Coordinate exchanges with technical teams, integrators, and subcontractors.
- Lead monitoring, arbitration, and prioritization committees.
Management of flows and the Finance IS
- Contribute to the proper functioning of interfaces between SAP, middleware, and the Datalake.
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of flow and data anomalies.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
- Drive topics regarding the optimization and simplification of the Finance application landscape.
Contribution to projects and evolutions
- Intervene in Finance IS evolution projects, from scoping to production.
- Participate in design workshops, testing phases, and deployments.
- Support business units in the adoption of new tools, processes, and practices.
- Formalize processes, training materials, and operating procedures.
Change management
- Contribute to the appropriation of tools and new usages by Finance teams.
- Prepare and lead communications and training sessions.
- Promote the adoption of best practices and process standardization.
- Be proactive in a logic of continuous improvement.
- Higher education (Master's degree), engineering school, business school, or university.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Finance IS, ERP, application integration, or service management topics.
- Mastery of SAP is indispensable.
- Good understanding of middleware and Datalake environments.
- Culture of flows, data, and multi-actor environments.
- Experience in coordinating providers and business interlocutors.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is indispensable.
- Sense of service and a partner posture toward business units.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and secure topics.
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evolve in a cross-functional and demanding environment.
