Industry is undergoing a phase of continuous innovation driven by digital transformation, Generative AI, Lowcode/Nocode, and Digital Twins. This position is intended for an experienced Senior Manager Industry, capable of providing consulting and expertise on the product value chain.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Manager Industry (M/F), in direct contact with the client, you will provide the consulting and skills required to contribute to the company's challenges with expertise and impact.

• Carry and develop expertise in the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and related domains (maintenance, logistics), taking into account major technological revolutions (Digital Twins, Gen AI, Lowcode/Nocode)
• Lead, supervise, and execute consulting missions: ensure the quality of deliverables, respect for budget, and adherence to schedules
• Facilitate business workshops and governance bodies with the client
• Manage priorities and client relationships
• Participate in the development of the Industry offering, leveraging the group's know-how and synergies
• Contribute to the sector's action plans: Capitalization, Sales, offerings, Innovation, Benchmark
• Internal life:
• Participate in recruitment, welcome new consultants, organize internal events (monthly meetings, off-site days)
• From the Manager grade onwards, contribute to commercial action plans and the supervision of missions at our clients

What we expect from you…

Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's. Fluent English Good knowledge of at least 4 years in the Industry and Supply Chain (B2B) consulting profession Knowledge of functional mappings of major Operation ERPs; Knowledge of Lean management; You possess good interpersonal skills, as well as good writing and synthesis skills. You have a commercial sense, demonstrate initiative, and have a team spirit
