The CIO Advisory Practice supports CIOs throughout the entire transformation cycle. This position is intended for an experienced CIO Advisory Senior Manager.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Manager Advisory CIO (M/F), you will participate in:
- Conducting IT transformation studies for primarily large accounts
- Defining IT operations management strategies
- Defining and implementing the strategic plan (master plan, long and medium-term plan, strategic scoping note)
- Defining the sourcing strategy
- Auditing existing IT processes, operating organizations, and infrastructures and assessing their maturity
- Building business cases
- Improving the operational efficiency of the CIO organization
- Optimizing CIO costs
- Engaging our clients in a process to reduce their energy footprint
- Defining and implementing the Target Operating Model
- Defining recommendations and managing their implementation
- Developing processes, procedures, and client reporting
- Reporting to executive teams
- Intervening in M&A operations
- Supporting the change inherent to technological transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)
- Supervising consultants on missions and internal engagement projects
- Working with partners and offer managers to develop offerings
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), graduated from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master's, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in management consulting.
You have developed business skills through organizational consulting missions. You are capable of analyzing problems and providing relevant solutions related to our clients' challenges. A technophile at heart, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, very good writing skills, and synthesis skills.
You currently master the fundamentals of a Consultant: interviews, facilitating meetings, project management, analysis, business-case, writing high-value-added materials, and you demonstrate creativity. You are highly driven by autonomy and responsibility.
