The transformation of information systems is today a strategic lever for players in Luxe, Retail, and Consumer Products. Deployment of next-generation ERP, optimization of business processes, management of transformation programs, or integration with Retail and e-Commerce ecosystems: these are many of the challenges we support daily with our clients.

In this context, we are looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants, and ERP Managers (M/F) to work on transformation projects around SAP S/4HANA (RISE & Cloud), Microsoft Dynamics 365, M3, ORLI solutions and their ecosystems.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an ERP Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager (M/F), you will support our clients in their information systems transformation and business process optimization projects.

Consulting / delivery aspect

• Participate in the deployment and evolution of ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, D365, M3, ORLI…).
• Analyze business processes and gather user requirements.
• Facilitate functional workshops and support business units in defining their needs.
• Write functional specifications and contribute to the design of solutions.
• Lead or contribute to the various phases of projects (scoping, design, testing, deployment, change management).
• Ensure the coordination of various stakeholders and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
• Participate in the integration of ERP solutions with Retail, e-Commerce, and Supply Chain environments.
• Support users in the adoption of new solutions.

Sales aspect

• Identify development opportunities with clients.
• Participate in writing commercial proposals and pre-sales.
• Contribute to the development of the ERP offering.

Qualifications

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in IS, Digital, or Project Management, you have at least 6 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:

• Experience with one or more ERPs such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, SAP Customer Experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365, M3, or ORLI.
• A good understanding of business processes: Finance, Management Control, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain, or Production.
• Knowledge of the Luxe, Retail, or Consumer Products sectors, as well as their business challenges.
• An ability to facilitate business workshops and support users.
• Experience in project management or work package management is a real asset for senior and manager profiles.
• A fluent level of English, both spoken and written, in order to operate in an international environment.
