The digital transformation of the Supply Chain in Luxe and Retail requires fine coordination between ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS. This position is intended for an experienced Supply Chain Product Owner.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Supply Chain Product Owner (M/F), you will support our clients in the design and deployment of IS solutions aimed at optimizing the performance of supply chain processes, flow management, and coordination between different systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).

• Choose and deploy IT solutions
• Analyze, formalize, and redesign business processes
• Facilitate workshops and gather user needs
• Write specifications and functional and technical specifications
• Forecast the resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
• Project management assistance and end-to-end project management (planning, budgets, reporting)
• Coordinate project teams
• Support change management (documentation, deliverables, training facilitation)
• Identify business opportunities

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation towards IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 3 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:

• A strong appetite for Supply Chain and information systems challenges: terms such as ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and IS integration are familiar to you.
• An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with a good capacity for remote collaboration.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of business opportunities.
• A fluent level of English.

• Agile & lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking. Managing complex projects: planning, risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Change management: supporting business departments in adopting new practices.
• Analysis & diagnosis: ability to audit processes, identify friction points, and propose value creation levers.
• Leadership & communication: simplifying complex concepts, mobilizing teams, engaging sponsors and business units.
