Product traceability, driven by regulatory and environmental requirements, is transforming the Supply Chain of Luxury Houses and Retail players. This position is intended for an experienced Consulting Manager, capable of intervening at the heart of business or IT Supply Chain on large-scale international projects, with a triple responsibility of delivery, sales, and management.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Manager Supply Chain & Traceability (M/F), you will support our clients in implementing the steering and monitoring of activities to optimize their processes and evolve their IS. You will intervene at the heart of the Supply Chain (business or IT) within the framework of large-scale international projects.
Consulting/delivery aspect:
- Choose and deploy IT solutions
- Analyze, formalize, and redesign business processes
- Facilitate workshops and gather user needs
- Write specifications and functional and technical specifications
- Forecast the resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
- Project management assistance and end-to-end project steering (planning, budgets, reporting…)
- Coordinate project teams
- Support change management (documentation, deliverables, training facilitation)
- Identify commercial opportunities
Sales aspect:
- Manage client relationships and report commercial information
- Participate in or lead pre-sales
Managerial aspect:
- Manage project resources
- Participate in recruitment
- Monitor assigned employees (training, interviews, coaching)
A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation towards IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 6 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:
- An appetite for Supply Chain topics (terms like WMS, TMS, OMS, Reverse Logistic do not scare you)
- A natural curiosity, specifically for current and future technologies: RFID, traceability and Digital Product Passport, etc.
- An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with a good capacity for remote collaboration.
- A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
- A fluent level of English.

- Agile & lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking. Complex project steering: planning, risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Change management: supporting business departments in adopting new practices.
- Analysis & diagnosis: ability to audit processes, identify friction points, and propose value creation levers.
- Leadership & communication: simplifying complex topics, mobilizing teams, engaging sponsors and business units.
- Management: support and skill development of consultants at HR & operational levels.
