Industry is undergoing a phase of continuous innovation driven by digital transformation, Generative AI, Lowcode/Nocode, and Digital Twins. This position is intended for an experienced Industry Manager, capable of providing expertise on the product value chain (engineering, planning, production) and related fields (maintenance, logistics).

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an Industry Manager (M/F), working in direct contact with the client, you will provide the consulting and skills required to contribute to the company's challenges with expertise and impact.

• Carry and develop expertise in the product value chain (engineering, planning, production, operations) and related fields (maintenance, logistics), taking into account major technological revolutions (Digital Twins, Gen AI, Lowcode/Nocode)
• Lead, supervise, and execute consulting missions: ensure the quality of deliverables, respect for budget, and respect for scheduling
• Facilitate business workshops and governance bodies with the client
• Manage priorities and the client relationship
• Participate in the development of the Industry offering, by leveraging the group's know-how and synergies
• Contribute to the sector's action plans: Capitalization, Sales, offerings, Innovation, Benchmark
• From the Manager grade onwards, contribute to commercial action plans and the supervision of missions at our clients

Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's. Fluent English. Good knowledge of at least 4 years in the Industry and Supply Chain (B2B) consulting business. Knowledge of ERP functional mappings. Major operations. Knowledge of Lean management. You benefit from good interpersonal skills, as well as good writing skills and synthesis qualities. You have a commercial sense, demonstrate initiative, and have a team spirit.
