💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Data & IA Manager (M/F), you will support our clients in the definition and implementation of their Data and Artificial Intelligence strategies, from the identification of use cases to the deployment of solutions.

Consulting / delivery component:

• Define and steer the Data & IA strategy in connection with Business departments and DSI
• Identify and prioritize high value-added use cases around Data and Artificial Intelligence
• Lead scoping workshops and formalize business needs
• Supervise the functional and technical specifications of Data & IA solutions
• Manage complex projects from end to end (planning, budget, risks, governance)
• Operationally supervise teams on mission
• Guarantee compliance with our excellence standards
• Manage change management and the adoption of new solutions
• Support the integration of generative IA technologies within organizations
• Identify commercial opportunities with our clients

Sales component:

• Develop and manage the client relationship ("farming" approach)
• Identify and materialize commercial opportunities
• Contribute to responses to calls for tender
• Participate in the development of the firm's Data & IA offerings

Managerial component:

• Manage project resources
• Participate in recruitment
• Support and develop the skills of consultants

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation in IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 6 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:

• Solid expertise in the fields of Data and Artificial Intelligence.
• A good understanding of the issues related to data valuation, generative IA, Machine Learning, and the industrialization of Data solutions.
• A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and market innovations.
• An ability to evolve in an international environment and to collaborate with multicultural teams.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, and detection of commercial opportunities.
• A fluent level of English.
