As a Supply Chain Business Leader, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in implementing the management and monitoring of their process optimization activities and the evolution of their information systems. You will therefore intervene at the heart of our clients' Supply Chain (business or IT) within the framework of large-scale international projects.
You will be responsible for the following actions:
On the consulting/delivery side:
- Choice and deployment of IT solutions
- Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
- Facilitation of workshops and gathering of user needs
- Drafting of specifications and functional and technical specifications, taking business needs into account
- Forecasting of resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
- Project management assistance and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting...)
- Coordination of project teams
- Change management (drafting documentation and deliverables, conducting training sessions...)
- Identification of commercial information
On the sales side:
- Manage client relationships
- Report commercial information
- Participate in / lead pre-sales
On the managerial side:
- Manage project resources
- Participate in recruitment
- Follow up with assigned employees (training, interviews, coaching)
A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation towards IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 6 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:
- An appetite for Supply Chain topics (terms like WMS, TMS, OMS, Reverse Logistic do not scare you)
- A natural curiosity, specifically for current and future technologies: RFID, traceability and Digital Product Passport, etc.
- An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with a good capacity for remote collaboration.
- A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
- A fluent level of English.
