As a Salesforce Project Director (M/F), you will take charge of the strategic management of one or more large-scale projects. As a true trusted partner to clients and business departments, you will guarantee the alignment of projects with business objectives, ensure program governance, and support teams in achieving expected results.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

• Define project strategy by aligning objectives, budgets, and roadmaps with business challenges and management directions.
• Drive program governance through various steering bodies and strategic committees.
• Arbitrate priorities while taking into account resource constraints, risks, and evolving contexts.
• Supervise and support project managers in their skill development, while ensuring a clear distribution of responsibilities.
• Supervise client relationships at the management level, manage escalations, contractual negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Guarantee project profitability, deliverable quality, and risk management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of steering practices, methodologies, and project management tools.

• Master's Degree / Master (engineering school, business school, or university).
• Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in directing complex projects or programs, ideally in a consulting or integration environment.
• Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects and strategic account management.
• Mastery of project and program governance models.
• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary, multi-project, and/or international teams.
• Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the challenges related to CRM and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent mastery of budget management, risk management, and project performance.
• Fluent professional English.
