The Energy Industry is undergoing a phase of accelerated transformation, driven by digitalization, organizational agility, and the evolution of IT architectures. This position, based in Lyon, is intended for a consultant wishing to support major players in the Energy sector through their digital, operational, and organizational transformations.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an Energy & Utilities Consultant (M/F), you will join our Lyon office (about ten employees) and support our clients in the Energy sector on their transformation projects.

• Improve and optimize organizational structures
• Lead strategic change projects, ensuring team buy-in and compliance with deadlines and budgets
• Implement agile methodologies to optimize processes and efficiency
• Design enterprise architectures adapted to client needs, integrating best practices in digitalization and software architecture

Education

• 👩‍ 🎓: Holder of a Bac+5 from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's degree. Experience
• 🧠 : You have a first experience in consulting or project management. Expertise
• 🔎 : Knowledge of the energy and industry sectors will be highly valued. Foreign languages
• ⭐ : You have a fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
