The energy transition and the associated transformations of major players in energy, utilities, transport, and industry constitute one of the most structuring mission fields in consulting today. This position is intended for a consultant wishing to join our EUTI practice (about fifty employees) to contribute to high-impact projects.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an Energy Consultant (M/F), you will join our EUTI (Energy, Utilities, Transport & Industry) practice, which supports major players in the energy world through their operational, organizational, and strategic transformations.

Improvement and optimization of organizational structures:

• Analyze organizational systems, develop performance plans, promote social dialogue
• Model activities and processes

Strategic positioning and development of new offers:

• Conduct market studies and benchmarks
• Create new commercial proposals
• Design solutions focused on user and customer experience
• Act as Business Analyst and in Product Management

Implementation & large-scale deployment:

• Conduct impact studies
• Ensure Project Management
• Define the deployment trajectory and change management strategy

Education

👩‍ 🎓: Holder of a Bac+5 from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's degree. Experience 🧠 : You have a first experience in consulting or project management. Expertise 🔎 : Knowledge of the energy, sustainable development, and industry sectors, acquired in a company or a start-up, will be highly valued. Foreign languages ⭐ : You have a fluent level of English, both written and spoken. Soft skills 👔 : In line with our values, you possess strong intellectual curiosity and a pronounced taste for innovation.
