The deployment of Microsoft 365 and Copilot in large organizations is as much about the evolution of usage as it is about the choice of tools. The success of these transformations relies on the quality of human support. This position is intended for an experienced consultant in change management within Microsoft environments.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an M365 and Copilot Change Management Consultant (M/F), your autonomy and your ability to propose ideas will take full effect in diversified projects that allow for initiative and innovation. You will work with our key accounts on projects involving the transformation of practices and tools.

• Support our clients in their change strategy
• Facilitate workshops on usage and practices within companies
• Understand the impacts, functional, and organizational needs of the client
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies, define a target and a trajectory
• Actively contribute to the development of the offering: design and implement support solutions
• Facilitate technical specification workshops and write the associated documentation
• Deploy solutions within the client's context, perform technical and functional testing

With a Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent, you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in change management (excluding apprenticeships), particularly on issues inherent to managing user and client support in their M365 digital transformation projects. You master Microsoft and Copilot technologies, and you have a sensitivity toward generative AI: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perpexity, Claude, Mistral, etc. You are able to interact with various groups of stakeholders: IT, directors, operations .. Your taste for challenges will be utilized to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions integrating complex, heterogeneous, and innovative issues. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability, and a sense of service. You are comfortable working both in a team and autonomously. Your dynamism allows you to convince and unite. Very good communication skills, both oral and written. Fluent English is mandatory (there will be an English test during the interview).
