Passionate about new usages (Generative IA, Copilot, Lowcode / Nocode, Metavers, Sustainability, Employee experience, ...), you will join the Change Management community to support major accounts and companies in the region in their digital strategy and the new ways of designing the resulting user environment.

As a Senior Change Management Consultant with security competence, your autonomy and your ability to propose solutions will take full scale in the design and implementation of change management frameworks.

You will be required to participate in pre-sales, study, strategy, user support plan realization, and functional project management phases and to:

• Support our clients in their change strategy
• Facilitate workshops on usages and practices within companies
• Understand the impacts, functional and organizational needs of the client regarding user services
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies and use cases to respond to a problem or business need, particularly around the contribution of IA to daily life.
• Design and supervise change management support plans, scoping studies, and the impact of technologies on professions
• Intervene with full autonomy on scoping phases
• Perform monitoring of our clients' IS transformation
• Actively contribute to the development and enrichment of the offering: Design and implement change management support solutions

You master the Purview competence

With a BAC+5 degree, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, particularly on issues inherent to managing user and client support in their digital transformation projects.

You are able to interact with different groups of interlocutors, from directors to operational staff.

Passionate about new digital usages, you intervene on structuring digital transformation projects.

Your expertise and your taste for challenges will be utilized to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions integrating complex and heterogeneous issues.

As part of our group evolution, you are comfortable in English, particularly in collaborative and digital transformation environments.

You possess a strong general culture, including good knowledge of Microsoft solutions and skills related to Microsoft security.

A good communicator, you are able to adapt to both teamwork and our clients' projects, and your dynamism allows you to convince and unite.

A proactive proposer, you know how to manage several missions in parallel in multi-client environments, adopting a senior consultant posture capable of challenging and bringing value.

You have several years of experience in change management with a concrete approach to user adoption: communication, training, engagement, and community animation.
