This position is intended for an experienced Supply Chain IS Project Manager, capable of combining mastery of logistics information systems and operational management for our clients.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Supply Chain IS Project Manager (M/F), you will support our clients in the transformation of their supply chain through the evolution of their information systems: WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, PLM platforms, or even demand planning tools. You will intervene directly at our clients' sites, alongside our project teams, as part of large-scale national and international projects.

• Define and manage implementation or redesign projects for Supply Chain IS solutions (WMS, TMS, OMS, APS, ERP...) from end to end

• Analyze existing logistics processes (procurement, inventory management, distribution, transport, returns) to identify malfunctions and IS optimization opportunities

• Write functional specifications in connection with supply chain processes: inbound/outbound flows, inventory management, traceability, serialization

• Ensure the interface between operational Supply Chain teams and IT / integrators teams to guarantee alignment between business needs and deployed solutions

• Coordinate the configuration, functional testing, and deployment phases of the solutions

• Manage project governance bodies: monitoring schedule, budgets, risks, and reporting to management

• Support change management with operational teams: training, documentation, go-live support

• Participate in product traceability, regulatory compliance, and Digital Product Passport projects in connection with the CSR issues of the Luxe & Retail sector

• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university with an orientation in Supply Chain / IT / Information Systems, you have at least 3 years of experience on Supply Chain IS projects and possess the following skills:

• Good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and their challenges in the Luxe or Retail sectors: inventory management, planning, omni-channel distribution, returns.

• Mastery of the main Supply Chain IS tools and solutions: WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP (SAP, Oracle...), APS, or demand planning tools.

• Sensitivity to the issues of product traceability, Digital Product Passport, and sustainability in the Luxe & Retail sector.

• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables: functional specifications, flow mapping, test plans, traceability matrices.

• Fluent level of English.
