At the heart of our clients' digital transformation, Microsoft solutions (Azure, M365, Power Platform, IA / Copilot) require a structured, value-oriented, and user-centric approach.
We are looking for a Microsoft Project Manager / Product Owner (M/F) capable of driving projects from end to end, from the scoping phase to deployment, with a clear objective: to guarantee project success in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, and security.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
- Drive projects from the expression of needs to final validation
- Structure and monitor design (specifications, deliverables, acceptance criteria)
- Coordinate and lead project teams (internal and external)
- Manage the client relationship and challenge needs to propose suitable solutions
- Monitor progress (quality, budget, deadlines) and produce clear reporting
- Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks
- Guarantee the quality of deliveries and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators
- Participate in change management (communication, support for usage)
- With a Bac+4/5 degree ideally in engineering, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in IT project management
- Solid mastery of project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, ITIL…
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a multi-team environment
- Good understanding of IT issues (Cloud, Data, Modern Workplace or Infra)
- Ability to manage complex situations and high-impact issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A good communicator with a Leadership posture
- Good command of English, both oral and written (B2 level required)
- ✅ Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, ITIL
