End-to-end management of IT projects on the Microsoft & Azure stack requires a combination of project governance, mastery of ESN financial stakes, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. This position is intended for an experienced IT Project Manager.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an IT Project Manager (M/F), acting as a true conductor, you will take end-to-end responsibility for IT projects on our Microsoft stack.

• Steering and governance: scoping, project plan, committee management (COPROJ/COPIL), reporting, and indicators
• Risk, scope, and change management; negotiation and arbitration to secure the initial scope
• Anticipation, planning, and resource allocation; coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Referents, Architects, Lead Dev, Dev, Testers)
• Budget management and profitability monitoring; mastery of ESN financial stakes
• Conducting Agile rituals (or V-Model depending on context); methodological adaptation and proactive proposals
• Quality of deliverables, compliance, security, and best practices on the Microsoft stack
• Client relationship: fine understanding of functional needs, constructive challenge, alignment with business value
• Contribution to various topics: management applications, IoT, API, Azure cloud, AI/GenAI use cases

Significant experience in steering IT projects, ideally in an ESN, with concrete delivery references. Excellent communication and posture; sense of service and client relations. Solid skills in risk management, resource planning, budget management, and committee management. Very good knowledge of the development world (you speak the language of technical teams and understand their challenges). Methodologies: mastery of Agile and V-Model; ability to adapt the framework to the client context. Ability to grasp functional needs and challenge them to maximize value. Wise negotiator, results-oriented, guarantor of scope and quality. English: minimum B2 (written and oral). Certifications related to Agility (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile…). Mastery of SAFe: a real plus.
