We are looking for an Experienced IT Project Manager, capable of leading projects with a strong technological component (notably Cloud and AI), from their scoping to their deployment and adoption.

You will work on varied projects: transformation and migration to Azure Cloud, modernization of infrastructures and applications, Data platforms, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, Modern Workplace, Power Platform, as well as new projects exploiting the possibilities offered by AI and generative AI.

Our internal references notably show missions involving Azure, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot M365 and Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Intune and Identity & Access Management, Modern Endpoint.

As a Cloud & AI Project Manager (M/F), you will take charge of managing complex projects, from the expression of needs to their implementation.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Scope projects: understand and challenge business needs, specify objectives, scope, constraints, and success criteria;
• Lead Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Workplace transformation projects;
• Translate business challenges into project trajectories and facilitate dialogue between business teams, architects, consultants, and technical experts;
• Develop and manage the project plan: scheduling, workloads, budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables;
• Form, coordinate, and lead multidisciplinary project teams;
• Manage the different phases of the project: scoping, design, implementation, validation, deployment, and adoption;
• Identify and anticipate functional, technical, organizational, and operational risks;
• Facilitate workshops, project committees, and steering committees;
• Provide the client with clear visibility on project progress in terms of quality, costs, deadlines, risks, and trade-offs;
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and compliance with commitments;
• Support users and organizations in the adoption of new practices, particularly in the context of Cloud, Data, and AI transformations.

🔎 THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Above all, you are an Experienced IT Project Manager with a strong appetite for new technologies and the transformations they make possible.

Ideally, you have experience in managing projects in one or more of the following areas:

• Cloud transformation and migration
• Application and infrastructure modernization
• Identity, security, and Cloud environment management
• Modern Workplace and endpoint management

🤖 Data & Artificial Intelligence

• Data projects and decision-making platforms
• Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
• Projects related to AI and generative AI
• Deployment of new AI-based uses and services
• Governance and adoption of these new uses

🌐 Microsoft Ecosystem

• Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint
• Power Platform & Copilot Studio
• Azure
• Intune / Endpoint Management
• Entra ID / IAM
• Security and governance

The internal projects consulted notably illustrate Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Intune environments.

Beyond tools and technologies, we are looking for someone capable of understanding what they are managing.

You know how to:

• Exchange with an architect regarding a Cloud target and understand its main challenges;
• Understand the major components and dependencies of an architecture or a Data platform;
• Grasp the specificities of an AI project and make the link between business needs, technology, data, uses, and adoption;
• Challenge a schedule or a technical trajectory;
• Identify dependencies and anticipate risks;
• Transform complex technical subjects into clear messages for decision-makers and business units;
• Create the conditions for effective collaboration between the client and technical teams.

You master the fundamentals of project management: scoping, planning, risk management, budget, quality, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

You are comfortable with Agile approaches as well as V-model, both of which are present in internal project experiences.

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
