End-to-end IT project management within the M365 Infrastructure and Security Service Line requires a combination of project governance, mastery of ESN financial issues, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. This position is intended for an experienced IT Project Manager.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As an IT Project Manager (M/F), a true conductor, you will take end-to-end responsibility for IT projects within our M365 Infrastructure and Security Service Line.
- Steering and governance: scoping, project plan, committee management (COPROJ/COPIL), reporting, and indicators
- Risk, scope, and change management; negotiation and arbitration to secure the schedule and initial scope
- Anticipation, planning, and resource allocation; coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Referents, Architects, Consultants, Junior Consultants)
- Budget management and profitability monitoring; mastery of ESN financial issues
- Leading project monitoring bodies, creating materials, facilitating meetings or workshops, methodological adaptation, and being proactive
- Quality of deliverables, compliance, security, and best practices
- Client relationship: fine understanding of functional needs, constructive challenge, alignment with business value, project monitoring and reporting to clients
- Contribution to various topics: Tenant Securing, deployment of Microsoft tools and solutions, tenant to tenant migration, Identity Governance, documentary data governance in collaborative spaces.
- Significant experience in steering IT Build projects, ideally in an ESN (at least 3 to 4 years)
- Solid skills in risk management, resource planning, budget management, and committee management
- Mastery of Agile and V-Cycle methodologies with the ability to adapt the framework to the client context
- Ability to grasp functional needs and challenge them
- Ability to understand technical issues without being an expert
- Ability to anticipate
- Synthesis skills and ability to make decisions.
- Excellent communication and posture; sense of service and client relations
- Communication adapted to interlocutors: management / sponsor / technical / partners…
- Autonomy, negotiation, results-oriented, guarantor of scope and quality
- English: minimum B2 (written and oral), ability to lead meetings in English
- Certifications in project management and Agility (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile…)
- MS Certifications are a real plus
