Managing complex projects requires full cycle expertise (requirements gathering, specifications, work packages, deliverables, risk management). This position is intended for an experienced Project Manager, capable of intervening autonomously across the entire project life cycle.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Project Manager (M/F), you will take charge of conducting complex projects from requirements gathering to final validation.
- Take charge of a complex project from requirements gathering to final validation
- Monitor project design (client needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria)
- Drive the project by forming, organizing, coordinating, and leading the project team according to the specifications (client request, budget, deadlines)
- Deliver the project at the quality level expected by the client
- Manage and anticipate risks and contingencies on the project and ensure visibility and follow-up with the client
- Communicate on project progress (quality, costs, deadlines) and ensure reporting
- Maintain technological watch in your field of expertise
Expected functional skills:
Project Management: Definition of the project plan. Planning of mission tasks. Customer Orientation: Interacting with the client to rephrase and deepen their needs in order to specify them and propose an adequate solution. Risk Management and Reporting: Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks; anticipating upcoming developments and changes. Reporting and administrative follow-up. Direction and coordination of a strategic project. Flexibility and agility are skills you master to optimize relationships with clients and teams. Task and milestone planning. Implementation and monitoring of indicators (deadlines, risks, budgets). Change Management: Scoping: impact analysis; usage audit and analysis of the existing state. Communication: identification of key messages, creation of materials. Supporting project managers in the proper adoption of methodologies. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
