Data is today at the heart of transformations for players in Luxury and Retail. Business Intelligence, data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data, or even Artificial Intelligence: companies must structure, secure, and leverage their data to improve performance and enrich the customer experience.

This position is intended for an experienced Data & BI Project Manager, capable of managing data projects from end to end and supporting business and IT departments in their transformations.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Data & BI Project Manager (M/F), you will act as a true conductor between business departments, Data teams, and IT teams to manage complex Data projects from end to end, from scoping needs to the production deployment of solutions.

Reporting and performance management, data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data, or even Data Visualisation: you will support our Luxury & Retail clients on strategic topics aimed at transforming data into a lever for decision-making and value creation.

• Define and deploy Data & Business Intelligence solutions that meet business and IT challenges
• Lead scoping workshops and gather requirements from business departments and IT teams
• Analyze, formalize, and optimize processes related to data management and valuation
• Participate in defining Data roadmaps and identifying high-value-added use cases
• Support the implementation of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks
• Write specifications, functional specifications, and user stories in connection with technical teams
• Manage projects from end to end: planning, budget, risks, quality, and reporting
• Coordinate various stakeholders: business, DSI, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, architects, and publishers
• Organize and manage functional acceptance phases and validate data quality
• Support users in the adoption of new Data tools and processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of steering and decision-support systems
• Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business development

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation towards IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a permanent contract (CDI) on data, BI, or Analytics projects and also possess the following skills:

• A strong appetite for Data challenges and information systems: notions of Business Intelligence, Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, reporting, or Data Visualisation are familiar to you.
• A good understanding of modern Data architectures and their uses in service of business functions.
• An ability to communicate effectively with both business teams and technical teams.
• A good mastery of project management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• An ability to evolve in an international environment, with a good aptitude for remote collaboration.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
• A fluent level of English.

• Leadership & communication: simplifying complex topics, mobilizing teams, and engaging stakeholders around Data challenges.
